This email is to show my
appreciation to you Brent, and to the entire staff of
Precision Granite & Marble of Paducah, Kentucky.
After looking at a large inventory of samples and slabs on
hand, I puchased a granite called Purple Dunas for my
kitchen counter tops, and needless to say I could not more
pleased with it. Since purchasing this granite in March of
this year, and until it was actually installed in
November, the entire staff have been very
courteous each and every time I had any questions
regarding this product.
When I was finally
able to call and let you know you could come out and
measure the cabinets, you were there that afternoon, and
only it took about an hour. When you had all the
patterns complete, my wife and I were encouraged to come
to the shop to look at the layouts and make sure it was
what we
wanted. The granite was cut the next morning and was
installed that afternoon. They look great in every
respect, and was a purchase that will enhance the looks of
our kitchen many times over, and which we will always
enjoy.
I will without hesitation recommend Precision Granite
& Marble to anyone looking to purchase counter tops.
The entire staff went out of their way from start to
finish to make sure we were completely satisfied with our
purchase.

really great job on the granite for our kitchen remodel
project.
As you know we bid this project with
several local vendors and eventually decided to go with
Precision. The real deciding factor was the level of
customer service that you provided. We have had this
installed now for about 6 months and it is very beautiful
and looks as good as it did from day one.
We were pleasantly surprized by the level
of professionalism, quality of craftsmanship and speed of
delivery.
